Footballing legend and World Cup winner Lionel Messi looks set to leave PSG this summer as contract talks have stalled.
Messi, widely considered one of the greatest footballers of all time if not the greatest, joined PSG in 2021 on a two-year deal with an option for a third.
However, his current deal expires in June, and he has yet to agree on a contract extension with the French club.
The prospect of Messi leaving PSG has already raised questions about where he could go next. Some have suggested that he could return to his boyhood club, Barcelona, where he spent the majority of his career before joining PSG.
The 35-year-old has been linked with a move back to Barcelona where he made a name for himself.

But, Lionel Messi may have reached the end of his time at the Parisian club as his name was greeted with many jeers across the Parc des Princes.
This comes after the international break, but in December Messi won the World Cup defeating France in the final on penalties.

If PSG are wanting to keep hold of their superstar, their fans need to start to show some respect for the GOAT.
