The Mbappe to Liverpool saga still goes on and with the french striker out of contract with PSG next summer Liverpool are looking at a deal that could bring the Frenchman to Mersyside.
With Mbappe rejecting a new deal to stay at PSG this summer many have speculated on the strikers future with Liverpool Chelsea and Real Madrid hoping to land the striker.
When PSG tried all they could to get the striker to leave with them banishing him from the first team and even accepting a massive £259m bid from Al-Hilal but Mbappe was not keen on a move to the middle east.
French outlet L’Equipe have reported that Liverpool are still hopeful of signing Mbappe if he is to become a free agent at the end of the season but will face a very hard battle for the striker with PSG still wanting to keep the player but also Real Madrid are still hopeful of bringing the frenchman to the spanish capital.
Liverpool are most unlikely to pursue a deal if a transfer fee was part of the deal but are hopeful they can make a deal happen if mbappe is to be a free agent.
Liverpool owners Fenway Sports Group that are headed up by John Henry received a minor investment from Global sports firm Dynasty Equity that money will be used for future transfer and any next step investment the club will need.
FSG bought the club in 2010 for £300m and over time the english giants have gone on to win trophy after trophy make some smart transfer business and bag a top manager in Jurgen Klopp.
Could Mbappe be swayed to a move to Liverpool it would show that the reds still mean business and have one of the worlds greatest players in their ranks and still at a young age also.
We can all wonder what Mbappe and Haaland would be like to witness in the same league so all eyes on Liverpool to defeat mainly Real Madrid to land the World cup winners name on their team sheets.
Could Mbappe be on the move to the Premier League or will he be heading to sunny Spain?
