Barcelona want Pep Guardiola, Julian Alvarez and Rodri if City are sanctioned

Barcelona are planning a Manchester City triple swoop as they set their sights on former manager Pep Guardiola, Spanish midfielder Rodri and World Cup winning star Julian Alvarez.

If City are to be sanctioned by the Premier League for FFP breaches then Barcelona will try their utmost best to bring back their former manager who brought them much success in Catalunya.

The reports emerged from Spanish football news outlet, Fichajes.net.

Would Pep return to the Catalan giants?

Regardless of what happens with Man City, would Pep entertain a Barcelona return?

He’s reached the heights of Champions League success twice with the club and he also played for the team, his legend status has already been confirmed.

Pep says he is going nowhere in defiant press conference

But, it would have to be a very hefty offer to even tempt the Spaniard to return to his boyhood club.

Bernardo Silva seems the most likely option that Barcelona will consider as the Portuguese player has stalled on contract talks once again as he hints on an exit.

As it stands, Pep remains committed to Manchester City, hoping they can win yet another Premier League title whilst also perusing their maiden Champions League title.

It’s just rumoured at the moment and Guardiola insisted himself that he is going nowhere, Pep has a momentous task ahead of him on Wednesday against title rivals, Arsenal.
