When is the Carabao Cup fourth round draw and what time is it on?

The THIRD round of the Carabao Cup threw us lots of surprises including SIX penalty shootouts!

Defending champions Liverpool survived an early knockout scare by beating League 1 side Derby County on penalties thanks to their second-choice goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.

There is only ONE London club left in the Carabao Cup which is surprisingly Charlton Athletic.

Chelsea, Spurs, Brentford, Arsenal, West Ham and Crystal Palace were all knocked out in the THIRD round.
