Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabioyo has been caught up in a legal row after a mum named Nadia claimed she sued him for £11,000 in child support.
At first, Nadia says she actually won the case by default – but Adarabioyo then hired top lawyers who successfully overturned the judgement, leaving her with nothing.
Speaking out on social media, Nadia explained:
🗣️ “So I sued Tosin for £11,000 worth of damages. Tosin is the biological uncle of my daughter which is pretty ironic as Chelsea fans call him ‘Uncle Tosin.’ He is an uncle but in no way practically or financially involved.”
She added:
🗣️ “The disappointing thing is that I actually did win. He could have just settled or just paid the default judgement. But Tosin is a very rich man and he had money to spend… unfortunately I lost.”
The case has drawn attention online due to the “Uncle Tosin” nickname Chelsea fans use for the defender – with Nadia claiming the reality doesn’t live up to the chant.
