Raheem Sterling is reportedly set to snub advances from Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal in order to focus on his position at Chelsea FC.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is known to be a big admirer of the English forward, having worked with him previously at Manchester City. Despite this, and the fact that he could be offered more game time at a club currently leading the Premier League standings, Sterling is still reported to be focused on his future with 10th place Chelsea.

Sterling has enjoyed 3 Premier League titles as well as other silverware with Man City, and played a key role in England’s run to the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup. He has also won individual accolades – including the PFA Young Player of the Year and FWA Footballer of the Year awards.
Despite struggling to retain a starting position for the Blues this season, Sterling seems determined to succeed at the club and is not pushing for a move away. He has scored 4 goals in 18 Premier League appearances since arriving at Stamford Bridge from the Etihad last summer.

At Chelsea, Sterling has found himself competing for a starting spot with the likes of Enzo Fernandez, Hakim Ziyech and Mykhailo Mudryk. Although his starts have been limited, he has still managed to make valuable contributions to the team, scoring and assisting goals when called upon.
It is understandable that the Gunners would be interested in Sterling given his resume and his fast-paced style of play, which would seemingly fit in well with their squad. However, it seems that the man himself is committed to his future at Chelsea and is intent on proving himself as a valuable asset at Stamford Bridge.
