Phil Foden was born on May 28, 2000, in Stockport, England. He joined the youth academy of Manchester City at a young age and progressed through the ranks.
He won his first Premier League title with Manchester City in the 2017-2018 season.

He became the youngest player to receive a Premier League winner’s medal at the age of 17 years and 350 days.
