Paul Pogba Slashes £450,000 Off Cheshire Mansion Price

Paul Pogba has slashed £450,000 off the asking price of his luxury Cheshire mansion as the former Manchester United midfielder looks to finally find a buyer.

The five-bedroom property was originally listed for £3.95 million but has now been reduced to £3.5 million after struggling to attract a buyer. Pogba first put the mansion on the market in 2024, with the Frenchman reportedly hoping to make around £1 million in profit on the property.

The sprawling 7,402-square-foot home is located in one of Cheshire’s most affluent areas and comes with some seriously impressive features.

Pogba had an indoor football pitch installed at the property, allowing the World Cup winner to train at home. The mansion also boasts a cinema room, state-of-the-art gym, treatment room, open-plan living areas and a redesigned kitchen and bedrooms.

The property has also been the subject of some difficult memories for Pogba and his family.

In 2022, burglars broke into the home while Pogba was playing for Manchester United against Atlético Madrid in the Champions League. His two children were asleep inside at the time, with Pogba later describing the incident as his family’s “worst nightmare”.

The mansion’s sale comes at another turning point in Pogba’s career.

The 33-year-old is currently without a club after reaching an agreement with AS Monaco to terminate his contract, which had originally been due to run until June 2027. Pogba had joined Monaco as he attempted to revive his career following an 18-month doping ban.

Despite the luxury on offer, the property has remained on the market, forcing Pogba to make a sizeable reduction.

The former Manchester United star originally paid around £3 million for the home after returning to Old Trafford from Juventus in 2016, according to previous reports.

Now, anyone with £3.5 million to spare could potentially own a mansion with its very own football pitch — although they’ll need to be prepared for a rather sizeable price tag.

Pogba, meanwhile, will be hoping his next move on the pitch proves easier to complete than the sale of his Cheshire home.
