Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz has decided to switch his international allegiance.
The 24 year-old midfielder who was born in Malaga, Spain, has decided to switch international teams because of his lack of playing time for the Spanish national side.
Diaz has only made 1 cap for Spain in 2021 but nothing since and now he has had enough.
The Malaga born midfielder spent his youth career in the South of Spain followed by a 3 year stint in East Manchester before joining Real Madrid.
Although he represented Spain at youth level, the former Manchester City star has decided to switch his international allegiances and has chosen to represent Morocco.
The Moroccan FA still has to approve this and they will submit a request to FIFA to change Diaz’s nationality.
