Bayern Munich’s Leroy Sane has been spotted covering up a lip injury sustained after a bust-up wit team mate Sadio Mane, as they boarded their coach home from the Etihad at the weekend.
Mane and Sane were spotted having a heated dispute on the pitch in Bayern’s recent 3-0 Champions League loss to Man City in the first leg of their quarter final. We reported yesterday that there was a bust up in the changing rooms between the pair after the final whistle had blown in which Mane allegedly punched Sane in the face, busting his lip.
Sky Sports have today posted footage of the German giants boarding their coach home after the match and subsequent punch-up. The video appears to show Leroy Sane clock the cameraman and begin to awkwardly start rubbing his lips together in a bid to hide the injury.

Sadio Mane, as well as Leroy Sane, Thomas Tuchel and Bayern Munich as a whole have issued an apology for the incident, as reported by The Mirror.
Despite their recent bust-up, Sky Sports have also released footage today of the Munich-based squad training together in which Sane and Mane seem to be happily training and smiling together.

As of yet, there has been no statement given by any of the players as to what caused the dispute in the first place, nor in regards to how it ended up escalating into physical violence. It seems to be the case that Bayern Munich are happy to deal with this incident quietly and behind closed doors as they prepare to come back from their 3-0 deficit in their second leg against City on the 20th of this month.
