Casemiro becomes director and shareholder of Marbella FC!

Man Utd midfielder Casemiro has paved his way towards a career off the pitch by becoming director & shareholder of Spanish football club Marbella FC.

The Brazilian midfielder has been under scrutiny at Man Utd recently due to a string of uncharacteristically poor performances, with rumours of a Saudi move circulating around him.

However, his recent decision to become both director & shareholder of Marbella FC suggests that Casemiro may well be gearing up for a career off the pitch when his time with the Red Devils comes to an end.

Marbella FC, formerly known as UD Marbella, play in the 4th tier of the Spanish football system.

Casemiro can be seen below posing with the side’s shirts as he begins his journey towards an off the pitch role in football.

Casemiro said of his new venture:

“It is an honour for me to join Marbella Football Club because my biggest motivation is the spectacular possibilities for growth of the club.”

“I have been to Marbella with my family on several occasions and both my children, my wife and I are in love with this city, with which we want to be connected for life.”

“No doubt, together we will dream big to take Marbella to the highest, but now we have to enjoy our wonderful ascent to Primera.

It is speculated that Casemiro’s role with Man Utd will come to an end this summer, after it was reported his relationship with the club took a turn on the day of the FA Cup Final.

According to the brother of his United team mate, Sofyan Amrabat, when Casemiro found out he wasn’t a part of the squad that Erik ten Hag set out to face Man City, the Brazilian decided to watch the game from the stands instead.

There have also been rumours that Saudi sides Al-Ahli, Al-Qasidiy, and Al-Nassr are all eager to win Casemiro’s signature this summer.

It is reported that all 3 of the Saudi clubs are willing to pay the Brazilian substantially more than his £350,000 a week wage packet that he currently enjoys at Man Utd in order to tempt him into the Saudi Pro League alongside former Real Madrid teammates Cristiano Ronaldo & Karim Benzema.

Whatever Casemiro decided to do in regards to his playing career, he is certainly set up for success off the pitch given his new position with Marbella FC.
