Colombia fans try to enter Copa America final through the ventilation system

A number of Colombia fans tried storming inside the Hard Rock Stadium and caused anarchy as their team lost in extra time in the Copa America final.

Football fans can be so crazy and will do anything to show their support with a viral video prior to the Copa America final between Lionel Messi-led Argentina and Colombia being the latest evidence for that.

As if the shenanigans they displayed against Uruguay in the semifinal wasn’t enough, Colombia fans were caught on camera trying to enter the stadium through the ventilation system.

In the semi-final, a huge incident occured after the match between the Colombia and Uruguay fans, even Uruguay striker Darwin Nunez got involved in a fight with the crowd.

While there is no confirmation as to what happened to the fans, it is another event that showed the inadequacies of CONMEBOL and other organizers involved in the just concluded Copa America.

Through a goal from Lautaro Martínez, Argentina became the champions for the tournament for the second consecutive time and as a result, Messi has become the most decorated player ever in the history of the game.

Colombia star midfielder James Rodríguez was named the player of the tournament having notched six assists, the most ever in the tournament’s history.

Martínez won the Golden Boot having scored six goals while Aston Villa shot stopper Emiliano Martínez scooped the Golden Glove award.
