In a potential post-transfer window move, West Ham United are reportedly in initial talks to re-sign free agent Jesse Lingard.
According to Sky Sports News journalist Dharmesh Sheth, discussions have commenced between the club and Lingard’s representatives for a short-term deal.
While the transfer window might be shutting, the possibility of Lingard returning to West Ham is keeping fans on their toes.
The mega one-year deal for Jesse Lingard at Nottingham Forest did not work out as expected for the former England star but he looks to get his career back on track.

Lingard originally signed for West Ham on loan from Manchester United and was their star player that season.
