Baby Pitch Invader Steals the Show During MLS Match

A bizarre moment unfolded during the MLS clash between San Jose Earthquakes and Minnesota United at PayPal Park. 👶⚽

With around 90 seconds remaining, play was stopped after a toddler somehow made their way onto the pitch.

The young pitch invader appeared completely unfazed, casually making their way across the field before a stadium official stepped in and carried them away.

The commentators were left stunned by what they were seeing, with one simply reacting: “Oh… there’s a baby on the field!”

The incident quickly went viral, with fans joking about one of the most unusual pitch invasions football has seen.

Minnesota United were already 5-1 up at the time, so the little visitor certainly didn’t have much to change about the game. 😂

Minnesota even joined in with the joke afterwards, referencing the famous raccoon pitch invasion and suggesting that the baby had taken the crown.

A truly bizarre moment that nobody inside PayPal Park will forget anytime soon.
