Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper and captain Hugo Lloris has been ruled out for up to 8 weeks with a knee injury.
The French goalkeeper played the full 90 minutes in Spurs’ 1-0 win against Manchester City on Sunday but now has been dealt a fresh blow.
Hugo Lloris set to miss 6-8 weeks with ligament damage after a challenge late in the win against City. Time for Fraser Forster to come in. The Frenchman isn't expected to need an operation at this stage.

Spurs have former England international Fraser Forster as a backup.
They play Leicester City away at the King Power on Saturday, they currently sit 5th in the table just one point behind the top 4.
