Iran have caused a massive upset in the World Cup by beating Wales 2-0!
A red card from Wales goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey followed by two late goals from Bouzbeh Cheshmi and Ramin Rezaeian was enough to seal all 3 points for Iran.
No, luckily VAR got involved as Wayne Hennessy originally received a yellow card for a Brogue Kick. Good decision to change it to a clear red pic.twitter.com/oSi3Km1a1j

Iran scored their goals in the 99th and 101st minute to seal their victory.

Wales never got going all game and Iran were the dominant side most of the game.
The result leaves Wales relying on other results and hoping they can beat England in their final group game to help them reach the knockout stages for the first time.

On the other hand, Iran are now sitting on 3 points with a game against the USA next, hoping they can progress to the last 16 of the World Cup.
